What you are buying at wholesale
Wholesale access is an agreement about service, rights, and capacity. A credit pack is simply one way of accounting for it. Before comparing an IPTV wholesaler with another supplier, list the territory, subscription length, concurrent connections, and support obligations included in each quote.
Two packs containing the same number of credits can activate a very different number of accounts. Ask each supplier for an example using the same customer plan and calculate the total cost per account. Include any setup charge, renewal fee, tax, and payment processing charge.
A quote that answers the useful questions
Request a wholesale quote on WhatsApp with your market and starting volume. Ask for the current price, minimum purchase, and credit rules. The retail prices elsewhere on this site apply to household subscriptions.
Send a short description of your customer base and expected order mix. A supplier can give a more useful response to “twenty three-month accounts with one connection each” than to an unspecified request for its cheapest pack.
- Cost of the exact starting allocation, in a stated currency
- Credits required for each duration and connection count
- Credit expiration and minimum top-up rules
- What happens to unused credits when the agreement ends
Work out the cost per account
Divide the total pack cost by the number of equivalent accounts it can create. If a hypothetical $200 allocation creates twenty identical accounts, the starting supplier cost is $10 per account. This is a worked arithmetic example, not our quote or a suggested resale price.
Then add payment fees and the support time you expect to spend. Allow for a realistic number of refunds and service interruptions. Compare suppliers using the same assumptions so an attractive headline price does not conceal a less useful or more expensive arrangement.
Apply your quote to the scenarios in the reseller margin planning section.
Confirm the supply chain
Ask whether the business operates the service directly or obtains access from another operator. Either relationship needs clear responsibilities. What matters to your customers is who can investigate a failure, authorize a refund, or restore an account when something goes wrong.
Document the upstream escalation route. If a channel disappears, a device becomes incompatible, or an account is suspended, know what evidence is required and when you can expect an update. Do not assume that around-the-clock messaging means an engineer is available at every hour.
Distribution rights belong in the agreement
Permission to watch content is not necessarily permission to resell it. Ask for an agreement that identifies the contracting business and covers redistribution through your intended sales model. Confirm geographic limits and any restrictions on advertising, brand names, public display, or sub-resellers.
A supplier’s statement that IPTV technology is legal does not establish its rights to a particular channel lineup. Review the specific content and territory. If the documentation is incomplete, resolve that before selling access to another customer.
For the difference between viewing permission and permission to sell, read our rights and resale permission guide.
Plan for inventory and continuity
Credits tie up working capital. Start with a quantity that matches realistic near-term demand and the supplier’s expiration rules. Buying the largest discounted pack is not a saving if it remains unused or the product no longer fits your market.
Keep an account ledger and record renewal obligations. If the supplier changes its channel lineup, pricing, or terms, assess how that affects customers already paid through a future date. Plan how you will update customers and request a refund or other remedy. Keep their credentials private throughout the process.
Make a better supplier decision
Use price, rights documentation, support ownership, account controls, device fit, and contract clarity as separate decision criteria. A low price cannot compensate for a permission gap, and an attractive panel cannot compensate for unclear credit deductions.
When you are ready, request a written quote and review it alongside your own customer promises. Keep the offer, terms, payment record, and activation confirmation together. That record makes future purchases and support discussions much easier to manage.
