What an IPTV reseller actually does
An IPTV reseller sells subscription access supplied by a wholesale provider. The provider operates the underlying service; the reseller usually manages customer acquisition, account activation, renewals, and first-line support. A reseller panel connects those responsibilities by showing accounts and the credits available to create or extend them.
Plan who you will sell to and which devices you can help with. If most customers use the same TV player, learn that setup first. Taking on more accounts also means handling more renewals and support messages.
For the day-to-day tools behind this role, explore account and renewal controls.
Start with permission, then the product
Confirm that your supplier has permission to distribute the content in the United States and explicitly allows you to resell it. A functioning playlist or a reseller login does not establish these rights. Ask for the legal business identity, the scope of authorized distribution, and the responsibilities your agreement assigns to you.
Next, match the service to a specific audience. A household looking for international programming has different needs from a business asking about public display. Do not assume a residential subscription permits commercial exhibition. Confirm the permitted use in writing.
- Territories and channels covered by the agreement
- Permission to resell and use any supplier branding
- Residential versus business-use restrictions
- Written process for content changes and service interruptions
Before accepting customer orders, review the legality of IPTV and resale rights.
Understand credits before buying a pack
A credit is an accounting unit defined by the supplier. It is not a universal month of viewing. One provider may use a credit per account-month; another may charge several credits for an activation, device connection, or longer term. Ask for a worked example covering the exact plans you intend to sell.
We quote reseller credit packages through WhatsApp. Minimum purchase, credit lifetime, supported durations, connection limits, and refund conditions must be confirmed with the current offer. The customer subscription prices on our pricing page are not a wholesale credit rate card.
Before choosing your starting allocation, compare wholesale credit terms.
Build a realistic margin model
Subtract supplier costs, transaction fees, refunds, tax obligations, and the time you spend supporting each customer from your selling price. If you sell an annual package, track when you collect the payment and when your supplier charges for access. Cash collected today is not automatically profit available to spend.
Use the calculator below to explore gross profit with your own quote. Its default values are illustrations. A useful next step is to write down a low, expected, and high customer-volume scenario, including what happens if renewals are slower than planned.
Prepare the customer experience
Create an order checklist covering the customer’s country, device model, preferred channels, connection count, and player. Share the exact total and the applicable refund terms before taking payment. Keep account credentials in a private conversation and maintain a clear record of the activation date and renewal date.
For support, learn to separate account, player, device, and network issues. Record the channel, time, error message, and troubleshooting already attempted. Escalate upstream issues with enough detail for the provider to act, and give the customer a realistic update without promising an unconfirmed fix.

Your first conversation with us
Tell us your target market, estimated starting volume, preferred subscription lengths, and the devices your customers use. We will use that information to discuss the available reseller arrangement. Ask for the credit schedule, access permissions, activation process, and support escalation route as part of that conversation.
Do not commit to customers until your terms and supplier responsibilities are clear. If a small paid allocation is available, use it to learn activation and renewal before buying a larger credit pack. Keep a record of what was agreed so future renewals follow the same expectations.
