Browsing the public pages does not require a website account. The pricing selector, search filters, and margin calculator run in your browser. This site does not ask you to enter payment-card details or store a customer account password.
Hosting and network providers may process connection information such as IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps, and browser information to deliver and secure the website. The hosting provider and its retention periods are not listed here yet. Contact support to request that information.
WhatsApp communication
Order and support buttons open a WhatsApp link containing a draft message. That draft may include the selected package, device count, and displayed price. You decide whether to send it. WhatsApp and its operators process messages under their own terms and privacy policies.
If you choose to send personal details in a conversation, share only what is needed for the order or support request. Do not send card details, unnecessary identity documents, or credentials for unrelated accounts.
Optional Crisp chat
Crisp loads only after you activate the live-chat button. Enabling it allows the external chat service to process information necessary to provide the conversation, which may include device information, cookies, and messages you send.
We store a local browser preference named iptv-chat-consent so your choice persists. The control below removes that preference and reloads the page to stop future chat loading on this browser. It does not automatically delete records already held by Crisp; contact support to request assistance with those records.
Requests and retention
Contact us through the published support channel to ask about information you have shared in a conversation, request a correction, or request deletion where applicable. We may need enough context to identify the relevant conversation without collecting unnecessary new information.
Order records may need to be retained by the contracting business or payment provider for billing, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal obligations. Ask for those parties’ privacy terms before completing payment. No fixed retention period is claimed here without that business information.
Changes and external services
We update this page when the website’s data practices materially change. External services, including app stores, WhatsApp, and Crisp, have their own policies. Review them before creating an account or sharing information.
This website is not intended to collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child has submitted information can contact support to request review.
