Prepare your device and player
Open Google Play on the television and check the official listing for a TV-compatible player such as TiviMate. Confirm compatibility before purchasing an app license.
Add your authorized account
Add a playlist with the account format from your order. Enter any separate EPG URL in the guide settings only if one was supplied.
Load and check your viewing setup
Let the initial guide update complete. Set the correct time zone, arrange favorites, and confirm that your account allows the number of concurrent streams you need.
If your device requires sideloading, get the current installation instructions and download link from the app publisher.
If something does not work
Check whether you have a sign-in error, an empty channel list, or a playback issue. Those symptoms require different checks. Confirm your account is active, copy addresses without extra spaces, and close other streams that may use your permitted connections.
If video plays but listings are missing, check the guide source and time zone. If playback stalls, compare another channel and a wired connection where your device supports it. Avoid clearing all app data before saving the information you need to sign in again.
