Prepare your device and player
Open the tvOS App Store and choose a player with the supported playlist format. Review any subscription or one-time app fee.
Add your authorized account
Add the authorized playlist or provider account in the app. Use secure text entry from your paired iPhone if you prefer, checking for accidental spaces.
Load and check your viewing setup
Refresh the EPG, set favorites, and check audio output against your TV or receiver settings. Use wired networking when available.
A player’s cloud sync may share credentials across your own devices. Review its privacy settings first.
If something does not work
Check whether you have a sign-in error, an empty channel list, or a playback issue. Those symptoms require different checks. Confirm your account is active, copy addresses without extra spaces, and close other streams that may use your permitted connections.
If video plays but listings are missing, check the guide source and time zone. If playback stalls, compare another channel and a wired connection where your device supports it. Avoid clearing all app data before saving the information you need to sign in again.
