Prepare your device and player
Record the receiver model and image version, and create a settings backup using your image’s documented procedure.
Add your authorized account
Ask support for the compatible playlist or bouquet import format. Use trusted plugins documented by your firmware project, and inspect any script before running it.
Load and check your viewing setup
Import the authorized channel list, refresh the EPG, and check playback. Restore your backup if the plugin changes unrelated tuner or bouquet settings.
Do not run an unknown shell command from a chat message on your receiver.
If something does not work
Check whether you have a sign-in error, an empty channel list, or a playback issue. Those symptoms require different checks. Confirm your account is active, copy addresses without extra spaces, and close other streams that may use your permitted connections.
If video plays but listings are missing, check the guide source and time zone. If playback stalls, compare another channel and a wired connection where your device supports it. Avoid clearing all app data before saving the information you need to sign in again.
