Prepare your device and player
Connect the box to your network and record its model and firmware version. Share a MAC address only through the private order conversation if activation requires it.
Add your authorized account
In the portal settings, enter the exact authorized portal address supplied for your device. Avoid editing unrelated firmware or network options.
Load and check your viewing setup
Save, restart the portal, and wait for its guide. Check your time zone and verify that the activated device matches the account.
Never publish a device MAC address alongside an active portal URL.
If something does not work
Check whether you have a sign-in error, an empty channel list, or a playback issue. Those symptoms require different checks. Confirm your account is active, copy addresses without extra spaces, and close other streams that may use your permitted connections.
If video plays but listings are missing, check the guide source and time zone. If playback stalls, compare another channel and a wired connection where your device supports it. Avoid clearing all app data before saving the information you need to sign in again.
