Prepare your device and player
Search the official Roku Channel Store for an authorized service app compatible with your subscription. Do this before ordering a device-specific plan.
Add your authorized account
If there is no compatible official app, ask support whether your service has a supported Roku option. Do not purchase on the assumption that an Android setup guide will work.
Load and check your viewing setup
When an official app is available, install it and follow its own sign-in or pairing instructions. Confirm playback and available channels inside that app.
If your service has no supported Roku app, you may need a different streaming device.
If something does not work
Check whether you have a sign-in error, an empty channel list, or a playback issue. Those symptoms require different checks. Confirm your account is active, copy addresses without extra spaces, and close other streams that may use your permitted connections.
If video plays but listings are missing, check the guide source and time zone. If playback stalls, compare another channel and a wired connection where your device supports it. Avoid clearing all app data before saving the information you need to sign in again.
