Prepare your device and player
Check that your Android device and authorized provider support STB-style portal access. Get the app through the official publisher’s store listing.
Add your authorized account
Create one profile for the authorized service. Enter the assigned portal URL and only the device identifier approved for that account.
Load and check your viewing setup
Save the profile, reload the portal, and confirm that navigation works with your remote. Keep a record of settings without exposing credentials.
Do not copy another customer’s MAC address or reuse identifiers to bypass connection limits.
If something does not work
Check whether you have a sign-in error, an empty channel list, or a playback issue. Those symptoms require different checks. Confirm your account is active, copy addresses without extra spaces, and close other streams that may use your permitted connections.
If video plays but listings are missing, check the guide source and time zone. If playback stalls, compare another channel and a wired connection where your device supports it. Avoid clearing all app data before saving the information you need to sign in again.
